FemiCore FAQ: 20 Questions Answered

Short, sourced answers to the questions people ask most about FemiCore, grouped by topic. For depth, follow the links to our detailed pages.

How we answered these questions

Every answer below is based on the FemiCore label, the seller’s own sales, refund and shipping pages, or published sources such as NCCIH, NIDDK, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Cochrane and the European Medicines Agency. Where something is not known, such as the dose of each ingredient, we say so instead of guessing.

A few points come up again and again, so here they are up front, before the full list of questions:

  • FemiCore is a supplement, not a medicine. It has not been evaluated by the FDA for treating any condition.
  • The label hides individual doses. Four herbs share 350 mg; five probiotics share 50 mg.
  • Berberine and bearberry need care. They are the main reasons to check with a doctor first, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have kidney disease.
  • The refund window is 60 days from delivery and requires returning the bottles.

If your question is not answered here, our full review, ingredients hub and safety page go into more detail. You can also contact us about anything on this site, but we cannot help with orders; those go to ClickBank or the seller, whose contact details are in the last group of answers below.

If you’re short on time, the most important questions for your health are in the Safety group below. Read them before you order.

About the product

What is FemiCore?

A once-daily capsule supplement for women that combines a 350 mg herbal blend (Mimosa pudica, cranberry, bearberry, berberine) with a 50 mg blend of five Lactobacillus probiotics.

What are the ingredients in FemiCore?

Mimosa pudica seed extract, cranberry extract (30% proanthocyanidins), bearberry leaf, granular berberine HCl extract 8%, and L. crispatus LCr86, L. acidophilus LA88, L. plantarum N13, L. gasseri LG08 and L. casei LC16. Other ingredients: gelatin, brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, olive oil, silicon dioxide. See the ingredients page.

Does the label show the dose of each ingredient?

No. It shows only the blend totals (350 mg and 50 mg). Probiotics are listed by weight, not CFU.

Is FemiCore approved by the FDA?

No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale. The label’s “FDA registered facility” badge refers to the manufacturing facility, not product approval.

Is FemiCore vegetarian or vegan?

No. The capsule is made of gelatin.

Using FemiCore

How do I take FemiCore?

One capsule daily with 6 to 8 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional. See how to take FemiCore.

How long does one bottle last?

30 days. Each bottle has 30 capsules.

When will I notice results?

There are no published data on FemiCore itself, so no honest timeline exists. Track symptoms and reassess at four to six weeks, within the refund window.

Can men take FemiCore?

It is marketed to women, and the European bearberry monograph does not recommend bearberry for men. Men with urinary symptoms should see a doctor, as prostate problems are common.

Can FemiCore replace Kegel exercises?

No. NIDDK recommends pelvic floor exercises as a core approach. A supplement doesn’t replace them.

Safety

Does FemiCore have side effects?

Possible side effects include digestive upset (berberine, bearberry, cranberry in large amounts) and greenish-brown urine (bearberry). See side effects.

Can I take FemiCore while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don’t recommend it. Berberine can be harmful to newborns according to NCCIH, and bearberry should be avoided in pregnancy.

Does FemiCore interact with medications?

It can. Berberine-containing goldenseal lowered metformin levels in one study, and cranberry may interact with warfarin. Ask your pharmacist.

Can I take FemiCore if I have a UTI?

Don’t use it instead of treatment. Cranberry is not recommended to treat an existing UTI. See a clinician.

Is FemiCore safe for people with kidney disease?

Kidney disorders are a contraindication for bearberry in European guidance. Ask your specialist.
