Before you order: a two-minute checklist

- ☐ I’ve decided which package fits.

Step 1: Go to the seller’s order page

The checkout form asks for:
- your name, email address and shipping address;
- your phone number (for delivery problems);
- payment details. ClickBank checkouts typically accept major credit and debit cards, and sometimes PayPal.
Double-check your email address. Your receipt, order number and support information are sent there.
Step 4: Review the order summary
Before you pay, check:

Step 5: Handle any extra offers carefully
Many ClickBank products show one or more extra offers (“upsells”) after the main payment, for example more bottles or a related product. These are optional. Read each page and decline anything you don’t want. If you accept by mistake, contact ClickBank support straight away.
Step 6: Save your receipt
Your confirmation email from ClickBank contains your order number. Save it, because the seller’s refund process asks for your full name, email and order ID. Also note the charge on your card statement, which will typically show ClickBank or CLKBANK rather than “FemiCore”.
Step 7: Track delivery
The seller’s shipping policy gives these delivery times:
- United States: 5–7 working days
- Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand: 10–15 working days

Step 8: When it arrives
- Write down the delivery date. Your 60-day refund window starts that day.
- Check that the safety seal is intact; the label says not to use the product if it is damaged or missing.
- Compare the bottle label with the ingredients we list. If it differs, follow your bottle’s label and contact the seller.
- Store it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
- Keep all bottles, even empty ones. The refund policy requires you to send them back.
Step 9: Start and track

Payment problems and order changes
If your payment fails, check your card details and billing address, or try another card. To cancel or change an order that hasn’t shipped, contact ClickBank support as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will normally need to use the refund process.
Common ordering mistakes to avoid
- Ordering from a look-alike site. Many domains use the FemiCore name. Check that the checkout is processed by ClickBank. See where to buy.
- Choosing the 6-bottle package without a plan. It’s cheapest per bottle, but it covers 180 days, far longer than the 60-day refund window.
- Throwing away empty bottles. The refund policy asks for all bottles back, empty or not.
- Forgetting the delivery date. The refund clock starts on delivery. Set a reminder for day 45.
- Not checking shipping. The seller’s pages differ on shipping costs for smaller packages.
